In a highly volatile session of trade, Key benchmark indices logged modest losses led by slide in index heavyweights Reliance Industries and HDFC. The Sensex provisionally regained the psychological 38,000 mark after sliding below that level in intraday trade. Global stocks dropped as heightened worries over international trade conflicts curbed investor appetite for riskier assets. The Nifty 50 lost 43.35 points and settled the day at 11476.95. Realty sector were the major loser and Pharma sector were the major gainer of the day.
